Can you set up a payment system?
The short answer is YES! However MOST insurance pay systems are very guarded and DO NOT provide the proper connection points for Hawz Edge software to integrate. So we advise that you keep your current system and we will set-up the Hawz Edge to run along side it, seamlessly. That being said if you're running a Whitening business or don't really deal with Insurance, the we can absolutely set up easy invoice and payments like, text to pay, Stripe, PayPal or other one click payment services.
Can I get extra 'techy' help?
Of course! In fact, we recommend booking in proper Zoom Call sessions with the support team so you can share screens and even grant them access to your account to get in there and fix things. We're here to help in any way we can!
Can I import my existing data?
You bet! You can import existing contacts from any system and the support team are happy to help you get that sorted.
